Toowoomba Touch Junior Friday night competition was established in 2002 with 48 teams and has grown to over 200 teams joining us each season.  Due to the growth of our junior competition, games are now being played on Friday (6s – 12s) and Wednesday (14s-18s) nights. Our competition now starts from 6’s for both boys and girls and continues up to 18s mixed. This competition is based on participation and fun but also provides pathways to higher level representative Touch through the Toowoomba Twisters who play in regional and state events each year from under 10 to under 18’s age groups.  Players can also trial for regionals representation through the South West Qld Swans from the ages of under 12 to under 18.

The TTA junior competition is now run on a term touch model which means you have two opportunities to join in on the fun!  Term 1 2024 taps off 31 January (14s to 18s) and 2 February (6s to 12s) and Term 4 will commence in Oct 2024.  You now get to choose to play just one season or, if you love touch footy as much as we do, you can play both!!
