During the Summer months, the Toowoomba Touch Association conducts Men’s and Mixed competitions which is played on weeknights. Season commences in October and runs through to December, Option to continue Season B January to March. Details below. Grades cater for the elite player through to social players.
Teams don’t need to be affiliated with a Touch Club, the competition is open to all nominations. Please note – your team must also nominate at least one person to be available to referee, you will need a team uniform and ball. Nomination forms will be made available prior to the season commencing.
2017/18 Season information:
The competition will commence on 2nd October 2017. There are two 2 options of playing. Season (A) will be played from October – December 2017 Season (B) will be played from January – March 2018 with a break over the Christmas New Year Period
ALL Teams are required to supply a referee with their nomination and will be required to referee on (3) occasions during the competition to help referee games.
Each Team must supply their own Ball and be in Team Uniforms by the 3rd fixture game.
The total cost of nominating a team for Season (A) is $750. The balance of this payment will be due BY the third (3rd) week of the Competition as well as On Line Registration for all your players, must be completed by this week as well. (Team Codes will be available in clubroom). Failure to make this payment or register will see your team immediately removed from the competition. No exceptions will be made.
NO Team/s will be accepted into the TTA Competition Draw unless a deposit of $200 per team has been paid prior to the competition commencing and a referee has been nominated
